Not getting password reset email. Can you help?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you follow these steps to see if any email has been sent, but got filed somewhere you don't normally look?

  1. Check your emails if anything came in from "makemusicyourlife@mn.co"
  2. Have you signed up with an SSO option, like Google/Facebook/LinkedIn/Apple?

If you are still able to access your account on a different device, you can try to set your password directly from the other device! Article link here

With the Tribe, there isn't a way for us to reset your password, so if you still can't reset it, could you please send Mighty Networks an email about your password problem?

Make sure you select "I'm a member" and then use https://tribe.makemusicyourlife.com for the Space URL and use the subject line "Can't reset password"

And say "Hi, my name is [your name] and I'm part of the Make Music Your Life network. I'm having trouble getting the password reset - I don't receive anything in my email. Can you help with this?"

It might help to attach a screenshot of searching for the email "makemusicyourlife@mn.co" so they know you've tried to find it in your inbox.

If you're not getting a response, please let us know and we can remove/delete your account for now and re-invite you.
